The physical possession of the property was given to our client and is still with it through its partner. Our client is in possession of the chain of originals of the title related documents of the property. However, from time to time, some fraudulent persons on the basis of fake and fraudulent documents such as transfer order allegedly issued from the office of S.I.T.E. by manipulating the record in connivance with the officials of S.I.T.E. are illegally attempting to create false third party interest with the sole intent to put unnecessary and unjustified pressure on our client to sell its property at through away price by handing over the complete chain of title related documents and physical possession contrary to his whims and wishes. It is hereby clarified that Salman Ahmed Khawaja and his Attorney is having no lawful authority or title to the property and as such they are not legally entitled to enter into any nature of transaction with respect to the property with any person. Any person and / or authority dealing with them with respect to the property are hereby notified in clear terms that they should desist from doing so and if anyone shall do so, he / she shall have to bear all the costs and consequences as Salman Ahmed Khawaja is neither owner of the property nor is having physical possession of it.
