STREET NO. 4 PHASE VII EXT measuring 100 sq yds or there about situated in DHA Karachi through LIBERTY ESTATE from Mr. MUHAMMAD SALEEM BHATTI S/o ABDUL GHANI (L) holding CNIC No. 35202-0544973-9 R/o Karachi free from all disputes, mortgage, claim, rights, outstanding liabilities, etc. If any person, Bank, department, authority having any claim or rights over the property any objection should notify to administrator DHA Karachi failing which claims lien or objections if any shall be deemed to have waived and said property shall be transferred in favour of my client.
