D 27, Block 5, Clifton Karachi, the Registered General Power of Attorney holder of the owner Muhammad Zahid Ronjho S/o Hamza. Now my client intend to transfer the said land in his name. Any person, Bank, organization, department, authority, Govt / Semi Govt Department or financial institute, etc. having any claim or objection to this sale / transfer should notify the concerned department, thesil head office Hub, Lasbella, within 7 days of publishing of this notice, after this the transfer will be completed and no claim would be entertained.
