THE public is hereby notified that, Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry having its office at Aiwan-e-Tijarat Road off Shahra-e-Liaquat, Karachi, through its Secretary General Syed Mazahir Hussain Rizvi son of late Syed Shoukat Hussain Rizvi has purchased an immoveable property bearing Plot No. 79, Survey Sheet No. C.F. 1-5, measuring 2596 Square Yards, situated at Clifton Quarters, Karachi, (the "SAID PROPERTY" ) from Mr. Ahmed Kuli Khan Khattak son of Habibullah Khan Khattak, holding CNIC No. 42201-0522647-9 through registered Conveyance Deed and now applying for mutation in the relevant record of Karachi Metropolitan Corporation. Any person, company, authority, bank or financial institution having any claim, right, title, interest, lien or objection, whatsoever should notify the same to the concerned Deputy Director Land, Saddar-II KMC along-with documentary evidence under registered AD cover within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice, failing which any claim, lien or objection, whatsoever, shall be deemed to have been waived and the process of mutation shall be completed in favour of Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
