IT is notified that for all concern that my client has purchase of an Residential / Commercial industrial Plot No. 146-A, measuring 10-00 Acres, situated at Phase-II, K-28, Trans Lyari Quarters, Hawksbay Road, Karachi West, from Mr. Muhammad Saleh S/o Kirar, Muslim, adult, holding CNIC No. 41301-3184041-1, resident of Karachi, with vacant possession, free from all sorts of encumbrances whatsoever nature any person or authority having any objection / claim should notify in-writing together with documentary evidence under Registered A/D Sub-Registrar, Keamari Town, Habib Bank Karachi, to undersigned within seven days from the date hereof, failing which all claims, liens, charges, suits, demands, loans, mortgages and disputes in the said property will be deemed to have been waived and transfer of the said property shall be completed in favour of my client Muhammad Moosa, Baloch Advocate, office OS, Advocate Compound Behind HBL Bank City Court Karachi.
