WHEREAS, i. Muhammad Kashif Yousuf Shaikh (Son) ii. Mrs. Salva Muhtashim (Daughter) iii. Fawaz Yousuf Shaikh (Son) iv. Adnan Yousuf Shaikh (Son) &, v. Mrs. Sameera Faizan (Daughter) have applied to the Military Estates Office, Karachi Circle Karachi for transfer the property bearing Flat No. 57, (8th/F), measuring 1592.88 Sq. Feet on Plot No. A-3-A, National Highway, Phase-I, Defence Housing Authority, Clifton Cantonment, Karachi in their favour on the basis of Letter of Administration in S.M.A No. 713 of 2017 dated 20/03/2018, issued by Court of District Judge at Karachi South being the sole legal heirs of (Late) Mrs. Naseema Shaikh W/o. Muhammad Yousuf Shaikh died on 12/11/2010 as per Death Certificate dated 17/12/2014, who had purchased the said property from Syed Ali Raza Taqvi S/o Syed Abul Qasim through Sale Deed registered as No. 4231, Book-I, dated 20/09/2003 and Syed Ali Raza Taqvi has purchased the same from Mrs. Parveen Zarif W/o. Mr. Suhail Zarif & D/o. Syed Muhammad Taqi Hashmi through Conveyance Deed registered as No. 2377, Book-I, dated 17/07/2002, the entries for which are required to be made in the record of this office. It is therefore notified for the information of all concerned that any person/persons having any claim, rights or interest in the aforesaid property, should file his/her/their objection / objections in writing within 15 days of the publication of this notice, in the office of the Military Estates Officer, Karachi Circle at 252/B, Sarwar Shaheed Road, Karachi failing which the property will be transferred in favour of the above mentioned legal heirs and no objection (whatsoever) received thereafter will be entertained.
