FURTHER to our Public Notice dated 30.04.2016, it is to notify for Public that Mrs. Farhana Zain Allahrakha W/o Zain Ismail Allahrakha a member of the Sindhi Muslim Cooperative Housing Society Limited Karachi and allottee of Residential Bungalow Plot No. 169 Block "B" of the Society admeasuring 600 square yards with City Survey No. 349 has gifted the above said property to her real daughters namely (1) Miss Zara Zain Allahrakha D/o Zain Ismail Allahrakha (2) Miss Fatima Zain Allahrakha D/o Zain Ismail Allahrakha and (3) Miss Aqsa Zain Allahrakha D/o Zain Ismail Allahrakha (minor) through her father and natural guardian Mr. Zain Ismail Allahrakha vide Declaration & Confirmation of Oral Gift duly registered at No. 1629 Book No. I dated 23.05.2012 with Sub Registrar-I Jamshed Town Karachi and MF Roll No. U-45753/7889 dated 27.06.2012 Photo-Registrar Karachi. Mrs. Farhana Zain Allahrakha W/o Zain Ismail Allahrakha has also requested for transfer of five shares valued at Rs. 250/- standing in her name to that in the name of Miss Zara Zain Allahrakha D/o Zain Ismail Allahrakha to be the Principal holder. Any person or persons or Financial Institution having any objection / claim against the recording of the said Gift of the Residential Bungalow Plot No. 169 Block "B: SMCHS Karachi in the joint names of the above said Donee and transfer of five shares valued at Rs. 250/- standing in her name to that in the name of Miss Zara Zain Allahrakha D/o Zain Ismail Allahrakha to be the Principal holder, should inform the undersigned in writing with proper documentary evidence within 14 days hereof failing which the needful will be done accordingly after the approval of the Managing Committee and objection / claims if any shall not be entertained and shall be deemed to have been waived. Note: The said plot is purely a residential bungalow plot. No bifurcation / Sub-Division is allowed. Construction of any type of Town-houses / Multi-storeyed-building / Flat-site / Office-plaza / Clinic / Hospital / Shopping-arcade / Super-market / Commercial-plaza / Showroom / Restaurant / Hotel / Motel / School / Wedding-lawn / Hall / Cinema-hall / Cineplex / Security-company etc is not allowed. The Undertakings for the same hive already been submitted by the Donor and Donees. In case, if the plot is privately Sub-Divided / bifurcated and / or violation of any clause of these Undertakings, the Allotment Order / Mutation Letter / Sub-Lease will stand cancelled.
