Amina Bai W/o Abdul Rehman, member of the Sindhi Muslim Cooperative Housing Society Limited Karachi and allottee of Residential Bungalow Plot No. 110 Block "B" admeasuring 1000 square yards with City Survey No. 412 who died on 16.07.2010 leaving behind (1) Mrs. Hamida Bano W/o Abdul Hameed Zakaria (2) Mr. Muhammad Ashraf Zindani (3) Mr. Muhammad Iqbal (4) Mrs. Zubaida Bai W/o Noor Muhammad (5) Mrs. Sher Bano W/o Ghulam Muhammad (6) Mr. Muhammad Farooq (7) Mrs. Najma Bano W/o Abdul Razzak and (8) Mr. Muhammad Saleem Zindani all claiming to be the heirs and legal representatives of Late Mst. Amina Bai W/o Abdul Rehman. Out of them Mr. Muhammad Saleem Zindani S/o Abdul Rehman at serial No. (8) also died on 30.07.2015 leaving behind (i) Mrs. Amina Bano Saleem W/o Muhammad Saleem Zindani & d/o Haji Abdul Razzak Yaqoob (ii) Hina Rinch d/o Muhammad Saleem Zindani (iii) Saad Saleem s/o Muhammad Saleem Zindani and (iv) Tahreem Saleem d/o Muhammad Saleem Zindani all claiming to be the heirs and legal representatives of Late Mr. Muhammad Saleem Zindani S/o Abdul Rehman. Now (1) Mrs. Hamida Bano w/o Abdul Hameed Zakaria & d/o Abdul rehman through her duly constituted attorney Mr. Muhammad Ashraf Zindani (2) Mr. Muhammad Ashraf Zindani s/o Abdul Rehman (3) Mr. Muhammad Iqbal s/o Abdul Rehman (4) Mrs. Zubaida Bai W/o Noor Muhammad & d/o Abdul Rehman (5) Mrs. Sher Bano w/o Ghulam Muhammad & d/o Abdul Rehman (6) Mr. Muhammad Farooq s/o Abdul Rehman through his duly constituted attorney Muhammad Ashraf Zindani (7) Mrs. Najma Bano w/o Abdul Razzak & d/o Abdul Rehman and (8) Mr. Muhammad Saleem Zindani s/o Abdul Rehman since deceased through his heirs and legal representatives (i) Mrs. Amina Bano Saleem w/o Muhammad Saleem Zindani & d/o Haji Abdul Razzak Yaqoob (ii) Hina Rinch d/o Muhammad Saleem Zindani (iii) Saad Saleem s/o Muhammad Saleem Zindani and (iv) Tehreem Saleem d/o Muhammad Saleem Zindani all claiming to be the heirs an legal representatives of their mother/mother-in-law / grandmother Late Mst. Amina Bai w/o Abdul Rehman, have applied for transmission of the said Residential Bungalow Plot in their joint names and five shares valued at Rs: 250/- standing in the name of Mst. Amina Bai W/o Abdul Rehman, to that in the name of Mr. Muhammad Ashraf Zindani s/o Abdul Rehman to be the Principal holder. Any person or persons and Financial Institution having any objection claim against the Transmission of Residential Bungalow Plot No. 110 Block "B" SMCHS Karachi in the joint names of above heirs and legal representatives of late Mst. Amina Bai w/o Abdul Rehman and five shares in the name of Mr.Muhammad Ashraf Zindani s/o Abdul Rehman to be the Principal holder, should inform the undersigned in writing with proper documentary evidence within 14 days hereof failing which the needful will be done after the approval of the Managing Committee and objection/claims if any shall not be entertained and shall be deemed to have been waived. Note: The said plot is purely a residential bungalow plot No bifurcation/sub-division is allowed. Construction of any type of town-houses / Multi-storied-building / Flat-site / Office-Plaza / School / Clinic / Hospital / Shopping-arcade / Super-market / Commercial-plaza / Showroom / Hotel / Motel / Wedding-lawn / Restaurant / Hall / Cinema-hall / Security-guard etc. Is not allowed. Undertaking for the same has already been submitted by the legal heirs of Late Mst. Amina Bai w/o Abdul Rehman. In case, if the plot is privately Sub-divided / bifurcated and / or violation of any clause of the undertaking the allotment order / mutation letter / Sub-lease will stand cancelled.
