UBL Bank Ltd VERSUS Raja Muhammad Ansar Aslam Mehar, son of Muhammad Aslam Nazir Medical Centre 96-A, Railway Housing Scheme # 07, Near Railway CDL Workshop, Rawalpindi. Whereas the UBL Bank Ltd has instituted a suit for recovery of Rs.987,291.50 /- due against under Section 9(5) of Financial Institution Recovery of Finances Ordinance 2001. You are hereby summoned to obtain leave to defend the suite under ordinance within 30 days after the publication of this notice. In default whereof the plaintiff will be entitled to obtain the decree of the said sum till realization of amount. Next date of hearing is fixed as 31-07-2018.
