Rehana Yahya Wd/o (Late) Taj Mahmood Yahya has also been expired on 31-07-2012 are the joint owners of property viz: Plot bearing Survey No. 4, (old Survey No. K-14/4) Sheet No. 51, measuring 4050 sq.yards, Chakiwara Lyari, Quarter Karachi, the a General power of attorney which was registered wrongly in Sub Registrar Landhi Town, Karachi, Registration No. 122 of Book No. IV Registered before the Sub Registrar, Landhi Town, Karachi and copied under M.F Roll No. U-16627/8388 by photo-registrar, Karachi, dated: 15-03-2013, has been already unfractues dues to demised of my above parents, in this regards I would like to intimate general public that any person(s), authority(ies), department(s) shall not entertained the above mentioned General Power of Attorney and if anyone use the same shall be responsible.
