MY client has agreed to Purchase from MR. SYED ARIF ALI Son of Mr. Syed Akbar Ali, all that PLOT NO. 97-B/II, ZULFIQAR STREET 18 measuring 500 square yards PHASE-VIII, DHA Karachi, with valid, subsisting and marketable title free from all encumbrances, charges, taxes, burdens, dues, duties, ground rent, premium, development charges, disputes, mortgages, liens, etc of any nature whatsoever with vacant physical possession. All person/institutions having any claim, right, title or interest in the said property in any manner whatsoever, are required to inform the undersigned, within seven days under registered A/D cover along with documentary evidence, failing which all claims/objections received thereafter shall be considered and treated as waived and sale and transfer of the said property shall be completed in favour of my client.
