WHEREAS, i. Mrs. Hamida Begum (Widow), ii. Mrs. Farhat Habib (Daughter), iii. Mrs. Musarat Naseem (Daughter), iv. Mrs. Nusrat Naeem (Daughter), v. Mr. Rana Ijaz Akhtar (Son), vi. Mrs. Kausar Parveen (Daughter), vii. Mrs. Rukhsana Khalil (Daughter), viii. Mr. Nasir Iqbal (Son) & ix. Mr. Khurram Zeeshan (Son), have applied to the Military Estates Office, Karachi Circle Karachi for transfer the property bearing Flat No. 6, (3rd/F), measuring 450 sq. feet, on Plot No. 50-C, Muslim Commercial Street No. 2, Phase-VI, Defence Housing Authority, Clifton Cantonment, Karachi in their favour being the sole legal heirs of (Late) Mr. Rana Muhammad Ilyas S/o Mr. Umer Din died on 06/02/2011 as per Death Certificate dated 24/02/2011 on the basis of Letter of Administration in S.M.A. No. 283 of 2016, dated 08/08/2016, issued by Court of District Judge at Karachi South, who had purchased the said property from Mrs. Sajida Begum W/o Haji Mohammad Ashiq as per Sub-Lease registered as No. 3649, Book-I, dated 04/11/2010, the entry for which is required to be made in the record of this office. It is therefore notified for the information of all concerned that any person / persons having any claim, rights or interest in the aforesaid property, should file his/her/their objection/objections in writing within 15 days of the publication of this notice, in the office of the Military Estates Officer, Karachi Circle at 252/B, Sarwar Shaheed Road, Karachi failing which the property will be transferred in favour of the abovementioned legal heirs and no objection (whatsoever) received thereafter will be entertained.
