Ahmed Flour Mills through its proprietors Muhammad Ahmed S/o Muhammad Siddiqui CNIC # 42101-9737128-9 & Shamsul Arfeen S/o Muhammad Ayub CNIC # 42101-1613553-7 both R/o Karachi, from all encumbrances, charges, mortgages, dues, taxes, disputes, etc. Any person, bank, authority or any entity having any objection / claim, dues, liens of any kind on this property should notify the undersigned and the Director (I.M), Port Qasim Authority, Karachi along with documentary evidence within 7 days after publication of this notice, failing which any or all claims, objections shall be deemed to have been waived and transfer shall be completed in favour of my client.
