I, Mr. Shakeel Ahmed S/o Muhammad Ramzan Resident of Dehwar Colony Kirani Road Quetta, holding CNIC 54400-1590310-1 Purchased a Residential / Commercial Plot on Dated: 10.04.2007 having PDS # 2487 CG # CG/II-B/1864/2007 being Plot # 21 Lane # I/IG Street # JK Phase-II measuring 600 square yards situated in Sangar Housing Project Gwadar, from Mr. Inamullah S/o Abdul Samad Resident of Shankani Bazar Tehsil Turbat District Kech holding CNIC # 52203-3801176-5 free from all encumbrance, claims, charges, liens, mortgages, disputes, burden, loan, litigation. The transfer of plot at the time of purchase was not processed due to restriction from the government. Now the transfer process has started and I begin the authorized buyer of the said plot intend to get this plot transferred in my personal name. Any person / authority having objection whatsoever should notify to Deputy Commissioner / Project Director, Sangar Housing Project, Deputy Commissioner Office Gwadar within twenty one days hereof this publication failing which I request the authorities that the transfer be completed in my favour.
