OUR client has contracted to Purchase from MRS. MARIUM AMIN WIFE OF NISAR ARSHAD Muslim, adult, holding CNIC No. 42000-0432156-4, resident of House No. S-2, Block-2, PECHS Jamshed Town, Karachi, her residential Flat No. 002, on the Ground Floor, measuring 1450 square feet, on Plot of Land bearing No. A-308, Block-2, measuring 370 square yards situated in North Nazimabad, KDA Scheme No. 2, Karachi, hereinafter called the "Property", free from all encumbrances, liabilities, litigations, claims liens, mortgage, charges, disputes and outstanding dues of whatsoever nature, with delivery of vacant and peaceful possession and transfer of title.
