Case Title:- Habib Bank Limited versus Nusrat Malik, son of Malik Deen, resident of House No 634, Street No 70, I-8/3 Islamabad. Whereas the Habib Bank Limited has instituted a suite for recovery of Rs.22,899,685.32/- due against under Section 9(5) of Financial Institution Recovery of Finance Ordinance 2001. You are hereby summoned to obtain leave to defend the suite under ordinance within 30 days after the publication of this notice. In default whereof the plaintiff will be entitled to obtain the decree of the said sum till realization of amount. Next date of hearing is fixed as 10-09-2018.
