IT is inform that (Seller) Shaikh Abdul Aleem S/o. (late) Shaikh Abdul Malik CNIC No. 42301-4393861-5, and (Purchaser) Shaikh Umar Imtiaz S/o. Imtiaz Ahmed Bari CNIC No. 42201-1299611-1, had contact an agreement about Property bearing Survey No.34/3, measuring 2755 Sq. Yds., with 90 Ft. Front, Deh Drigh, Tappo Drigh Road, Malir Shah Faisal Town, Karachi, on 16/04/2018 and also published a Notice in Daily Dawn and Jang Karachi on 27/04/2018. And the parties are agreed the Transaction will must be complete within 90 days from the date of agreement. But till the date completion of five months the purchaser Shaikh Umar Imtiaz has fail to finalise the said transaction. Therefore as per Clause No.2, 3 & 11 of sale agreement the Seller Shaikh Abdul Aleem have cancel the said agreement any person/persons have any objection/claim sent their objection to undersigned with in seven day thereafter the deal will be cancelled and all objection/claim will not be accepted.
