MUHAMMAD Arif S/o Abdullah died on 11-12-2016 member of this Society vide Membership Number 1155 and allottee of Plot No. A/172, measuring 226.67 sq yds situated in Sector 19/A/4 Scheme-33 Karachi and his legal heirs namely:- (1) Asma W/o Muhammad Arif (Widow) (2) Faisal Arif S/o Muhammad Arif (Son) and (3) Irfan Arif S/o Muhammad Arif (Son), have submitted papers for transfer of plot in their favour in Society's Record. Anybody having any claim interest in this regard should convey the same in writing within eight days of this publication to Honorary Secretary Kathiawar Co-operative Housing Society Ltd., Adamjee Nagar, Block 'A' Tipu Sultan Road, Karachi, failing which no communication from anybody would be entertained and transfer proceeding would be completed after the period so notified.
