MY client has contracted to purchase Flat No. C-32 on 7th Floor, in Block - C, measuring 189 Sq. Yards, on Sub Plot No. C-IV of Plot No. FL-1, Block - 5, Clifton Karachi (the entire project is known as Pearl Heaven Apartment) from its owner Mr. Farid Shalwani S/o Abdul Rahim, holding CNIC No. 42301-0912262-7, resident of Clifton Karachi, free from all encumbrances mortgages dues charges etc. with full vacant possession. Any person Bank authority having any claim or objection of whatsoever nature should notify the same to me along with documentary evidence under Registered A/D/TCS cover within seven days from the publication hereof failing which claim if any shall be deemed to have been waived and the transfer of the said property shall be completed in favour of my client.
