WHEREAS. i. Shamim ur Rehman (Son) ii. Rukhsana Shadab Munir Ahmed (Daughter) iii. Saeed ur Rehman (Son) iv. Farzana Ahmed (Daughter) v. Farhana Rehman Saeed (Daughter) &, vi. Anwar ur Rehman (Son) have applied to the Military Estates Office, Karachi Circle Karachi for transfer the property bearing Bungalow on Plot No. 5-A/l, 2nd North Street, measuring 1000 Sq. Yards, Phase-I, Defence Housing Authority Clifton Cantonment, Karachi in their favour on the basis of Letter of Administration in S.M.A No. 183 of 2017, dated Nil, issued by High Court of Sindh at Karachi being the sole legal heirs of (Late) Mr. Muhammad Inam-ur-Rehman Alvi S/o Muhammad Suleman Alvi died on 13/01/2009 as per Death Certificate dated 16/02/2009. It is therefore notified for the information of all concerned that any person / persons having any claim, right or interest in the aforesaid property, should file his / her / their objection / objections in writing within 15 days of the publication of this notice, in the office of the Military Estates Officer, Karachi Circle at 252/B, Sarwar Shaheed Road, Karachi failing which the property will be transferred in favour of the above mentioned legal heirs and no objection (whatsoever) received thereafter will be entertained Military Estates Officer Karachi Circle Karachi.
