Title Case: Decree of dissolution of marriage Under Section (8) Muslim Family Rules Act 1961. Party-I Mst. Asma Shahid has obtained a decree of dissolution of marriage against her husband Zeeshan Masood Malik from the court of Mr. Muhammad Jamil Bhatti, Judge Family Court, Lahore dated 23.04.2018 and submitted in the said council to make it affective. In this connection, the notices/Regd. notices have been issued to Party-II Zeeshan Masood Malik and Party-II is not responding deliberately. Therefore, the Party-II is directed through newspaper to attend the council in person or through counsel on 28.06.2018 at 09:00am, failing which, ex-parte proceedings shall be initiated against you and divorce certificate will be issued in this regard.
