Suit for cancellation of will deed dated 20.04.1989 vide Registered Document No. 2196, Bahi No. 1, Jild No. 1417, dated 17.05.1989 and permanent injunction with consequential relief. Notice to the: Abid Bashir Khan son of Bashir Ahmad Khan, resident of House No. 71-B, Model Town, Lahore. Whereas, in above-mentioned case, it has been proved to the satisfaction of the court that the above-mentioned person(s) served in the ordinary way. It is, therefore, proclaimed under Order 5, Rule 20 of CPC that the said person(s) shall appear personally or through duly authorized Representative or Pleader in court at 09:00am on 23-05-2018 otherwise the proceedings will be taken against you ex-parte.
