Suit for dissolution of marriage on the basis of khulla. Notice to the: Muhammad Hussain Ahmad, Muhammad Marzooqi son of Hussain, resident of Roza House No. 3, near Roza Ajman, UAE. Whereas, in above-mentioned case, it has been proved to the satisfaction of the court that the above-mentioned person(s) served in the ordinary way. It is, therefore, proclaimed under Order 5, Rule 20 of CPC that the said person(s) shall appear personally or through duly authorized Representative or Pleader in court at 09:00am on 17-09-2018 otherwise the proceedings will be taken against you ex-parte.
