WHEREAS, i. Abbas Ali (Husband), ii. Mst. Noreen (Daughter), iii. Arghaman (Son) & iv. Mst. Samreen (Daughter) have applied to the Military Estate Office, Karachi Circle Karachi for transfer the property bearing Mezzanine No. 1, (M/F), measuring 900 Sq. Feet on Plot No. 33-C, Stadium Lane No. 1, Phase-V, Defence Housing Authority, Clifton Cantonment, Karachi in their favour on the basis of Letter of Administration in S.M.A No. 637 of 2017 dated 19/02/2018, issued by Court of District Judge at Karachi South being the sole legal heirs of (Late) Mrs. Fakhar-un-Nisa W/o. Mr. Abbas Ali died on 14/09/2016 as per Death Certificate dated 19/09/2016, who had purchased the said property from Mr. Shahid Hussain S/o Mr. Shabbir Hussain as per Sub-Lease registered as No. 2363, Block-I dated, 26/05/1998, the entry for which is required to be made in the record of this office. It is therefore notified for the information of all concerned that any person / persons having any claim, rights or interest in the aforesaid property, should file his / her / their objection / objections in writing within 15 days of the publication of this notice, in the office of the Military Estates Office, Karachi Circle at 252/B, Sarwar Shaheed Road, Karachi failing which the property will be transferred in favour of the above above mentioned legal heirs and no objection (whatsoever) received thereafter will be entertained.
