I have contracted to Purchase Office No. 1012, Tenth Floor, Park Avenue, 24-A, Block 6, PECHS, Karachi, measuring 702.33 sq ft., from 1. Junaid Arif Motiwala S/o Arif Motiwala, holding CNIC No. 42201-7394773-7 & 2. Mr. Imran Motiwala S/o Arif Motiwala, holding CNIC No. 42201-1331759-3 (both Legal Heirs of Halima Arif Motiwala W/o Dr. Arif Motiwala (Late) who expired on 25-08-2011) without any encumbrance, charges, claims, liens, mortgages, disputes of any nature whatsoever with vacant and peaceful physical possession. Any person / persons, Banks, Institutions, CDGK, Government or Semi Government Authorities having any claims, rights in the Said Office should inform me and Sub-Registrar Office, Jamshed Town I, Near Civic Centre within Seven days with documentary evidence under registered A/D, failing which the sale and transfer of the said Property will be completed in my favour.
