COMMERCIAL 8/2, SECTOR "Y", SUB-SECTOR MEASURING 680.55 SQUARE YARDS, GULSHANE MAYMAR, KARACHI from SULTAN SHAHZAD S/O LATE RIZWAN-UL-HAQ SHAH holding CNIC No. 42201-3107627-5, through Mr. Muhammad Zafar S/o Muhammad Rafiq Ahmed, Director Maymar Housing Services (Pvt) Ltd. free from all encumbrances, liabilities, litigations, claims, liens, mortgages, charges, disputes and outstanding dues of whatsoever nature, with delivery of vacant and peaceful possession and transfer of title before the Sub-Registrar any person or persons, banks, financial institutions or any government authority having any objections, claims, right, title, charges, lien mortgage, interest, disputes or litigation with regard to sale / purchase / transfer of aforesaid plot should intimate the same in writing to us and sub-registrar within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice, failing which the Sale / purchase / transfer of the plot shall be completed in favour of our client.
