OUR client has contracted to purchase open Commercial Plot bearing No BC-13, admeasuring 433.33 square yards Block-7 K.D.A Scheme No 5 Clifton Karachi from Mrs. Salma Wife of Saleem Wadiwala CNIC No 42201-0537214-4 resident of Karachi, with peaceful physical and vacant possession free from all claims, taxes, litigations, mortgages, encumbrances whatsoever nature. Any person / authority having any objection / claim of whatsoever nature should notify to the Assistant Director, Commercial cell, Karachi Development Authority, 3rd floor, Civic Centre, Gulshan-e-Iqbal Karachi and undersigned with documentary evidence within seven days from the date hereof failing which any claim / objection if any shall be deemed to have been waived and transfer of the said property shall be completed in favour of our client.
