I have under registered sale deed dated 9th March, 2017, Registered NO. 526 dated 28th March, 2017 acquired open residential Plot No. C-30/IV (30-C), measuring 2000 sq.yards, Survey Sheet No. 35-P/1, Pakistan Employees Cooperative Housing Society Limited, Karachi from M/s Globe Garments Industries (Pvt) Limited, through its Director Shagufta W/o Ghulam Muhammad. Application for mutation is being / has been submitted. Objections and claims if any shall be sent to Honorary Secretary, PECH Society, Karachi under Registered A/D cover along with documentary evidence within seven days from the date hereof failing which claims or objections if any shall be deemed to have been waived and mutation shall be completed in my name.
