OUR client has agreed to purchase Flat No. 101, first floor, measuring 800 square feet, MADNI AVIL constructed on Plot bearing No. 35/318, situated in C.P & Berar Cooperative Housing Society, Block 7/8, Karachi, from (1) Siddiq Ismail son of Ismail Muhammad, CNIC No. 42000-0411770-3 & (2) Mrs. Saima wife of Muhammad Irfan, CNIC No. 42301-1199594-6 with peaceful physical vacant possession and free from all encumbrances, charges, liens, mortgages, disputes, litigations, demands and dues. Any persons, banks, authorities, having any claim/objection should notify the same to us as well as Sub-Registrar-III, Gulshan-e-Iqbal Town, Karachi, with documentary evidence within seven days. Failing which all claims / objections shall be deemed to have been waived and abandoned.
