THAT our clients has contracted to purchase open Industrial portions of plot, two (2) portions each measuring 1.08 Acre, ten (10) portions each measuring 0.25 Acre and three (3) portions each measuring 0.21 Acre, out of Plot No. A/46 total 15.08 Acre, situated at Site Area, Karachi from (1) Mr. Muhammad Ismail Patel, holding CNIC No. 42301-6849268-1 (2), Mr. Muhammad Imran, holding CNIC No. 42000-2234222-1, & (3) Mr. Aziz Hanif Soorty, holding CNIC No. 42201-0635628-9, all Muslim, adult & resident of Karachi. Any person, department having any objection / claim / right against the title or any kind of objection send their objection to under mentioned address to the Secretary Site Limited Mangopir Road, Karachi through Registered A/D with documentary evidence within seven days.
