IT is notified for the information of general public that Plot-8, Survey No. 207/8, Nowshera Cantt is held on lease in Sch-VIII of the CLA Rules 1937, for residential purpose in the following names as per record of MEO Peshawar, (1) Shoukat Hayat S/O Haji Zahir Shah, (2) Manzoor Hussain, (3) Tajammul Hussain, (4) Maqbool Hussain, (5) Mumtaz Shoukat, (6) Noor Sifat, (7) Dilraj Begum, (8) Negat Seem. Now, Ihtisham Manzoor has submitted an application dated 6/7/2017, along with Affidavit notarized on 6/7/2017, stating therein that Manzoor Hussain has died on 24/01/2016. Following have claimed to be the legal heirs of the deceased and requested to mutate the lease hold rights of aforesaid property in their favor by way of inheritance; Mrs. Asmat Manzoor Widow, Mr. Ihtisham Manzoor (son). Anybody having objection against the property of the lease hold rights of the said property may file his / her objection within 15 days from the publication of the notice.
