IT is notified for the information of General Public that that Commercial Plot No. 226/2, measuring 492 square yards Svy No. 226/2, E.I. Lines, Karachi Cantt; is held on lease in schedule IX-C (read with Amending Deed dated 28/04/2010) of the CLA Rules, 1937, in the name of Dr. Kamaluddin Khan S/o Shafiuddin Khan, in the record of this office. The above-named lessee due to natural love and affection has intended to gift away the lease hold rights of above-mentioned property in favour of his real daughters (1) Miss Sarah Kamaluddin Khan, holding CNIC No. 42301-3824274-4 and (2) Mrs. Shaan Kamaluddin Khan, holding CNIC No. 42301-1775643-4 W/o Sajjad Hussain Rizvi, both daughters of Dr. Kamaluddin Khan, by way of Oral gift under the provision of Muhammadan law vide Declaration of Oral Gift dated 16/11/2017. Any body having objection against the transfer of lease hold rights of property mentioned above by way of Oral Gift under the provision of Muhammadan law may file his/her objection before the undersigned within a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of publication of this notice.
