OUR client have contracted to purchase leasehold Flat # 704, 7th floor Shaheen View Apartment, situated at Plot # 18-A, Block-6 P.E.C.H.S., Karachi, measuring 1740 square feet, from Mr. Shakeel Ahmed son of Ahmed Abdullah, holding CNIC # 42201-3282952-9, along with vacant and complete peaceful possession, free from all claims, encumbrances, charges, lien, mortgages, demands, disputes and dues of whatsoever nature. Any person, authority, any bank and agency having any claim / objection to the aforesaid deal should notify us as well as concern Registrar Office with documentary evidence, within (7) seven days hereof, failing which all claims and objections if any shall be deemed to have been waived and the transaction of sale deed shall be completed.
