Phase-6, Karachi, holding CNIC No. 42301-9409124-9, all that piece and parcel of agricultural land bearing survey Nos. 390 and 522, situated on main Thatta-Sujawal Road in Deh Kalankot Raiti, Tapo Thatta, Tapo Taulka and District Thatta, Sindh total measuring 7-15 acres, with peaceful physical vacant possession, free from all claims, demands, arrears of taxes, restraints, attachments, freezing orders, mortgages, charges and encumbrances of whatsoever nature.
