All persons / institutions having any claim, right, title or interest in the said Property are required to inform (1) The Secretary, Faran Cooperative Housing Society, Ltd., Karachi, (2) The Managing Director, Karachi Cooperative Housing Societies Union Ltd., Karachi and (3) The Section Officer, Ministry of Housing & Works, and (4) the undersigned under Registered AD cover with documentary evidence within seven days, failing which all claims / objections received thereafter shall be considered and treated as waived and sale and transfer of the said Property shall be completed in favour of my client.
