Wahab W/o Naser Wahab, holding CNIC No. 42301-0906369-0 the above-named lessee due to natural love and affection has intended to gift away the lease hold rights of above-mentioned property in favour of her Husband Mr. Naser Wahab S/o Abdul Wahab (Late) holding CNIC No. 42301-1001760-3 by way of oral gift under the provision of Asnashari Law through declaration of oral gift being registered with the concerned Sub-Registrar, Karachi.
