Floor, on Sub-Plot No. FL-5/C-1 of Plot No. FL-5, Block-5, Clifton Karachi, the entire project is known as Habib Centre, from its owner Mrs. Samina W/o Saleem Badruddin, holding CNIC No. 42201-958698-8, resident of Clifton Karachi, free from all encumbrances mortgages dues charges etc, with full vacant possession. Any person Bank authority having and claim / objection of whatsoever nature should notify the same to me along with documentary evidence under Registered A/D/TCS Cover within seven days from the publication hereof failing which claim if any shall be deemed to have been waived and the transfer of the said property shall be completed in favour of my client.
