WHEREAS, 1. Izhar ul Hassan Zaidi (Husband) 2. Khizar Abbas Zaidi (Son) & 3. Miss. Muniza Zaidi (Daughter) have applied to the Military Estates Office, Karachi Circle Karachi for transfer the property bearing Flat No. 2, (2nd/F), measuring 900 square feet, on Plot No. 20-C, Zamzama Commercial Lane No. 2, Phase-V, Defence Housing Authority, Clifton Cantonment, Karachi in their favour being the sole legal heirs of (Late) Mrs. Tehsen Fatima Zaidi W/o Mr. Izhar ul Hassan Zaidi died on 13/06/2014 as per Death Certificate dated 15/06/2014 on the basis of letter of Administration in SMA No. 386 of 2015 dated 19/08/2016, issued by Court of District Judge at Karachi Central, who had purchased the said property from Mrs. Tahera Batool W/o Mr. Akhtar Abbas through her attorney Mst. Musharraf Jahan Begum as per conveyance deed registered as No. 3087 executed on 02/06/2004. Mrs. Tahera Batool acquired / gifted the said property from Mr. Akhtar Abbas S/o Ahmed Khan as per Declaration & Confirmation of Oral Gift registered as No. 4276, dated 17/10/1997. Mr. Akhtar Abbas had purchased the said property from Mrs. Mumtaz Begum W/o Mahar Shafiq as per conveyance deed registered as No. 444, dated 30/01/1995 and Mrs. Mumtaz Begum had purchased the said property from M/s A.A Associates through its partners (1) Mrs. Aisha Rehman & (2) Miss. Arifa Ahmed as per Sub-Lease registered as No. 3296, dated 09/08/1992. The entries for which are required to be made in the record of this office. It is therefore notified for the information of all concerned that any person / persons having any claim rights or interest in the aforesaid property, should file his / her / their objection/objections in writing within 15 days of the publication of this notice, in the office of the Military Estates Officer, Karachi Circle at 252/B, Sarwar Shaheed Road, Karachi failing which the property will be transferred in favour of the above mentioned legal heirs and no objection (whatsoever) received thereafter will be entertained.
