Title: Haider Khan VS Namroze Khan etc. To, (3) Ameer Aftab, S/O Firdous Khan, (5) Muhammad Anwar Khan, S/O Syed Akbar, (6) Muhammad Shafique, S/O Hakeem Khan, (7) Zota Khan, (8) Raza Khan Sons Shah Muhammad, Muhammad Ali S/o Muhammad Hanif, caste Pathan, R/O Khura Khail, Tehsil Hazro, District Attock. Whereas in the above mentioned case is it has been proved to the satisfaction of the court that the above mentioned defendant cannot be served in the ordinary way it is therefore, proclaimed under Order 5 Rule 20 CPC that if the said defendant will / shell not appear personally or through a duly authorized agent or pleader in the court at 8am on 06/12/2017 the proceedings will be taken ex-parte.
