IMRAN S/O MOOSA. free from all sort of liens / encumbrances whatsoever nature. Any persons, financial institutions, authorities, Banks, agencies, societies having any objection to the said transaction or claiming any right, title or interest in the said property may inform to the undersigned with supporting documentary evidence by Registered Post A.D and TCS within seven days hereof, failing which all claims, caveat and objections whatsoever shall be deemed to have been waived and the transaction shall be completed in favour of my client.
