THE public is hereby notified that our client Agha Steel Industries Limited, a company incorporated under the corporate laws of Pakistan having its registered office at Office No. NWIZ/1/P-133 (SP-6) D-2, Port Qasim Authority, Karachi, has contracted to purchase all that industrial plot of land bearing No. NWIZ/1/P-133 (SP-6) D-2, measuring 10-00 Acres, situated at North Western Industrial Zone, Port Qasim Authority Bin Qasim, Karachi (Said Property) from Agha Steel Industries, a sole proprietorship concern having its office at Plot No.48, Sector 28, Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi through its sole proprietor Mr. Iqbal Hussain Agha son of Raza Hussain Agha, holding CNIC No.42301-0954658-3, resident of Karachi, free from all mortgages, charges, encumbrances, claims or objections whatsoever and together with marketable title with complete vacant physical possession. Any person, company, authority, bank or financial institution having any claim, right, title, interest, lien or objection, whatsoever in respect of the sale and transfer of the Said Property should notify to the Manager (Estate) Port Qasim Authority Karachi as well as to us at the address given below in writing along with documentary evidence, within 7 (seven) days from the date hereof failing which any claim, lien or objection, whatsoever, shall be deemed to have been waived and the sale transaction shall be completed and the Said Property validly transferred in our client's favour.
