No. 297 dated 11.06.2012. The said Land situated from Karachi Tol Plaza at 88 KM and the distance from Land to Hyderabad Toll Plaza is 33 KM. The Front of Land is 470 Feet at Main Motorway and Length is 1000 feet whereupon five poultry Sheds already constructed and have PMT of 25 KVA of Hyderabad Electric Supply Company having Meter No. 320899, Water Boaring and other necessary constructions have purchased from its owner Mr. Muhammad Arshad S/o Sardar Ahmed holding CNIC No. 42101-6924437-9, resident of House No. F-66, Block-F, North Nazimabad, Karachi and the formal Agreement of Sale was executed on 23.05.2017. Another Addendum Agreement of sale was also executed on 13.07.2017. The Public at larges hereby intimated that any payment, commitment or Agreement in respect of the aforesaid Land shall deem to be illega. All losses and damages due to any Agreement or commitment from any person or institution in respect of said Land shall bear by them himself and the undersigned reserved the right to initiate legal proceedings against him at appropriate Court of Law.
