PUBLIC at large is informed that Mr. Agha Syed Muhammad Baqir Mosvi s/o Syed Safdar Hussain Mosvi is the owner of Property No. 113, measuring 10 marlas in Durani Media Colony. He has given its attorney to Mr. Mazhar Ali Khan s/o Sher Ali Khan through Deed 409, Volume No. 4, Bahi No. 32, dated 03-04-2015. Now, Mr. Mazhar Ali Khan wants to transfer the said property through given attorney. Therefore, if any person, bank, department etc have any objection on this transfer, he / it should contact the undersigned within 15 days of publication of this transfer.
