That I have been issued the following certificates of Education from University of Cambridge International U.K., (1) GCE Certificate No. 0050197244 dated June 2015 & Statement of Result as Candidate No. PK617 / 0022 in the name "Asad Hassan" and (2) GCE Certificate No. 0054312510 dated June 2016 & Statement of Result as Candidate No. PK617 / 0226 in the name "Khawaja Asad Hassan", both certificates issued from British Council belongs to me i.e., Khawaja Asad Hassan" with CNIC / Citizenship No. 42201-8723696-7 (CNIC No. also appearing on both certificates). This is for information and record for all future purposes.
