MUHAMMAD Ali S/o Suleman member of this Society vide Membership Number 704 and allottee of Plot No. 34-A-65/4 measuring 551.86 sq yds situated in Block 'A' of Adamjee Nagar, Karachi, has executed Declaration and Confirmation of Oral Gift of the Plot in favour of Muhammad Zain S/o Muhammad Ali and has submitted papers for transfer in Society's record. Anybody having any claim/interest in this regard, should convey the same in writing within eight days of this publication to Honorary Secretary Kathiawar Co-operative Housing Society Ltd., Adamjee Nagar, Block 'A' Tipu Sultan Road, Karachi, failing which no communication from anybody would be entertained and transfer proceeding would be completed after the period so notified.
