THIS public notice is hereby notified that our client has contracted to Purchase residential immovable property bearing Sub-Divided Plot No. 51-A/2, measuring 266.67 square yards, situated at Gulshan-e-Faisal Co-operative Housing Society Limited, Bath Island, Karachi (the "Said Property") from Mr. Fakhar Mehmood S/o Mehmood Ahmed (Late), CNIC No. 42301-1094303-5 free from all mortgages, charges, encumbrances, litigations, claims or objections whatsoever and together with marketable title with vacant physical possession.
