OUR client has contracted to purchase Industrial Plot No. B-124 measuring 3.00 acres and Plot No. B-124 (A) measuring 2.00 acres at SITE Nooriabad from M/s. Taqees (Pvt) Ltd through its authorised Director Mr. Muhammad Nasir Yousuf S/o Muhammad Yousuf CNIC No. 42201-8819401-5 R/o Karachi. If anyone has any objection regarding the said Plot, he should inform the Secretary SITE Ltd, Manghoo Pir Road Karachi, with documentary evidence within seven days from the date hereof failing which all claims, objections received thereafter shall be considered as waived and transfer of the above Plot shall be completed in favour of our client.
