Block-6, PECHS, Karachi..... Petitioners. The above named petitioner have made petition for grant of Letter of Administration and succession Certificate under section 278 and 372 of the Succession Act 1925 in respect of movable and immoveable properties, belonging to above named deceased, setting forth that the deceased had been residing at Karachi and expired on 27.06.2017 at Karachi, and that the said Petitioners claim for grant of Letters of Administration and Succession certificate in right of being the Sons of the deceased. The above matter is now fixed in court on 31st day of May, 2018 at 08:15 am for hearing of main case. This is to give notice to all the persons claiming to have any interest in the Estates of the deceased Mst. Khalida Shad wife of Muhammad Sarwar Shad, to come and see the proceedings before the grant of Letters of Administration and Succession certificate, also take notice that in default of your filing an address for service on or before the date mentioned, you are liable to have your defense struck out.
