From Mr. Waqar Ahmed Khan S/o Nisar Ahmed, holding CNIC No. 42101-3569264-7, free from all, dues, claims, encumbrances, mortgages, liens, burdens, litigations whatsoever nature. Anyone having any objection on sale or claim whatsoever nature on said plot should send to Secretary, Sindh Industrial Trading Estates, Manghopir Road, Karachi under registered A/D cover along with documentary evidence within 7 days from the date hereof failing which objection and / or claims if any, shall be deemed to have been waived and sale / transfer shall be completed.
