Whereas Faysal Bank Ltd. has instituted a suite for recovery of Rs.9097722.27/- due against you under Section 9(5) of Financial Institution Recovery of Finances Ordinance 2001. You are hereby summoned to obtain leave to defend the suit under ordinance within 30 days after the publication of this notice.
